Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
1. Who we are
Massive OS ("Massive OS," "we," "us") is a product of Motogo 4 LLC. These Terms govern your access to and use of massiveos.com and the Massive OS software (the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
2. What the Service is
Massive OS is a business-management platform: contacts, scheduling, billing, staff management, and related tools, branded for your industry. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your staff enter, and for how you use the Service to run your business.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account, including staff members you invite. One device may be signed in per user at a time.
4. Plans and billing
Massive OS offers a free plan with limited capacity and a paid plan billed per seat (a seat is one registered computer; staff accounts are not charged), monthly or annually, through Stripe. The annual plan is billed once a year at the price of ten months. On the annual plan, each of AI Concierge, two-way texting and card payments through Massive OS takes one more month off the annual price at renewal, as described on our pricing page (the AI Concierge and texting months count once per business, the card-payments month on every seat, and the texting month requires that texting is in use). Optional services are billed separately: AI Concierge monthly; texts, and any AI Concierge messages over its allowance, monthly in arrears; and for card payments through Massive OS we keep 0.5% of each card sale, with a minimum of $2.50 per seat per month for a seat that receives the card-payments free month. We may change prices and rates on notice to you, effective at your next renewal or billing month. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. If your plan starts with a free trial (14 days, one per business), your payment method is collected at the start and first charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then; we email you about 3 days before that first charge, and cancelling during the trial means nothing is charged. You can cancel anytime through your account's billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
5. Your data
You own the data you and your customers enter into Massive OS — your contacts, appointments, invoices, and records. We act as the service that stores and processes it on your behalf. You can export your contact data at any time from your dashboard. If you need help exporting other data or closing your account, contact us at hello@massiveos.com.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another business's account or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by scripting excessive requests
- Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission
- Upload content you don't have the right to store or share
7. Service availability
We aim to keep Massive OS available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motogo 4 LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Text messaging
Massive OS lets businesses send text messages to their own clients. Each business must text only people who have agreed to receive texts from it. Massive OS records that agreement (who, when and how) and sends no text to anyone without one. Messages are appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to a client's own messages, and other service messages from the business the client deals with. Texting is optional. Texts sent and received are billed to the business at the rates on our pricing page (currently 1.5 cents each for the first 1,000 texts in a month and 3 cents each after that), plus a one-time fee for registering the business with the phone carriers (currently $19.50, billed when its texting number goes live) and a monthly fee for the number and registration (currently $2.65), all of which we may adjust on notice to reflect carrier charges. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
